You can prepare several shiitake mushrooms with the bottom.
(It's an ingredient that's thrown away with just the scent, so it's too wasteful to use as a whole of delicious mushrooms.)

[If you have broth ingredients]
1. Boil radish, anchovies, and kelp in water.
2. When the water starts to boil, remove the kelp.
3. After brewing for more than 5 minutes, remove anchovies and radishes.

[If you use a face pack instead of the broth ingredients]
1. Put radish in water and bring to a boil.
2. When the water starts to boil, add the pack again and let it boil for 5 minutes.
3. When the broth is boiled enough, remove the pack and radish again.

Please slice the green onions and onions and prepare them.

Bake sliced green onions and onions over medium-high heat until vegetables are golden brown.

Add stock, soy sauce, brown sugar, shiitake mushrooms, and ginger powder and bring to a boil.

Bring to a boil until the quantity is reduced by more than 1/2 time.

Remove from heat, mix with bonito, and simmer for a minute or two minutes.

Sift the finished tsuyu through a sieve.
