Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces, drain with a kitchen towel, oil a heated pan, and bake it until golden brown.

Put oligosaccharide, soy sauce, sesame oil, and water in a bowl.

Add chopped green onions and garlic.

Add sesame seeds and mix.

Transfer the baked tofu to a thick pan and put the sauce on the tofu and cook it.

When it's cooked, put it on a plate.
If you want a softer texture, you can cook tofu right away in the sauce without baking it.
