Shakshuka (Egg in Hell) Made in Local Style
Shakshuka is a popular food in the Arab world, including Turkey, Israel, and Tunisia It's famous for its shocking name, Egg in Hell, but it's a light and simple breakfast There are many recipes known in Korea, but if you've tried it locally, you'll feel it's a completely different dish I think it's because I'm trying to cater to the popular taste of Korea, but there are many recipes that usually taste with ham, sausage, bacon, etc But as I said before, it's Arab food. It's a culture that doesn't eat pork It's a very light dish with eggs on the main dish, not something with other types of meat that overwhelm the eggs The Korean-style modified recipe is good, but why don't you taste the local taste with me?

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Add olive oil and stir-fry garlic and onions first
Stir-fry onions until they are brown
STEP 2/8
When the onions are cooked, add bell peppers and cherry tomatoes and stir-fry them
If you're using raw tomatoes, not canned tomatoes, you can put them in now
Raw tomatoes need to be cooked for 20 to 30 minutes, so it's hard to recommend, but fresh tastes are better
STEP 3/8
When the ingredients are out of breath, add paprika powder, cayenne pepper, and cumin and stir-fry them
If you stir-fry it too much, the scent disappears
STEP 4/8
Add tomatoes, mix well, cover and cook for about 5 minutes
Don't boil it until it's all dry
STEP 5/8
Add salt and pepper and season
STEP 6/8
Use a spoon to make room for the egg, and place the yolk slightly so that it doesn't melt
STEP 7/8
Tap it and when the egg is cooked, it's done
I like it when it's cooked, but it won't feel like it's fully cooked, right?
STEP 8/8
It's better if you put cilantro, olives, and cheese on top of it
Cayenne pepper, cumin powder, and cilantro are the key ingredients that give you an exotic taste Korean variations are delicious, but try the local taste
