Stir-fried oyster sauce and saesongi vegetables

  • King oyster mushroom

  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Oyster sauce
    1spoon
  • thick soy sauce
    1spoon
  • Salt
    1little
  • Sesame
    1spoon
  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Cut the onion into 5mm thick slices.
STEP 2/13
Cut the bell pepper into 5mm thick slices.
STEP 3/13
Cut the mushrooms into 5mm thick slices.
STEP 4/13
Grease the pan and heat it over medium heat.
STEP 5/13
Add onions and stir-fry them.
STEP 6/13
When the onions start to be transparent
Add the mushrooms.
STEP 7/13
Add mushrooms and a pinch of salt.
(Not for seasoning)
STEP 8/13
Put a spoonful of soy sauce on the edge of the pan and press it slightly to add the fire taste
Reduce heat to medium and mix well.

Add bell pepper.
STEP 10/13
Add 1 spoon of oyster sauce.
STEP 11/13
Add a little pepper.

Stir-fry bell peppers for 1-2 minutes until they are slightly out of breath.

and mix it with sesame seeds
It doesn't use much oil, so it's a light and healthy side dish.
