STEP 1/12
Chop the onion as thin as possible, as I'm going to eat it on top of the bowl.
I'm going to grill green onions and mushrooms and eat them with rice, so cut them into big pieces.
Chili peppers!! If you add a lot of chili peppers, it's less greasy and delicious^^ Add as many as you want to suit your taste
STEP 2/12
Chop the garlic and prepare it. If you have chili peppers, you can grill them together and eat them together^^
STEP 3/12
Put the sauce in a bowl and make the sauce
STEP 4/12
Put the daechang in the pan and grill it From the moment you put the daechang on the pan, hell unfolds in front of you.. (Oil hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!_)
STEP 5/12
The daechang is noticeably shrinking in size.. And noticeably increasing oil. First you wipe the oil off with a kitchen towel.. I couldn't do it, so when it got more, I would pour it into the bowl, pour it, and bake it.
Don't throw away the oil in the sink. (If the oil hardens later, the sink may be blocked... Make sure to collect it separately in a bowl and throw it away as food waste when it hardens (Crying)
STEP 6/12
Grilled tripe!! When daechang is cooked to a certain extent, put mushrooms and green onions in a pan and bake them in daechang oil. When the daechang is fully cooked, cut it into bite-size pieces with scissors! (If the oil comes out again, move the oil according to the bowl!)
STEP 7/12
Next, make it taste like fire!! This kind of rice with toppings tastes like fire!! Lol. Use a torch to make it taste like fire. It's delicious even if you just eat it like this
STEP 8/12
Next time, I'm going to cook it with seasoning.. The pan was dirty with oil and foreign substances, so I moved the daechang and vegetables to a plate to wash it off once
STEP 9/12
Stir-fry garlic, red pepper, and daechang in a clean pan
STEP 10/12
When the garlic is golden, add the sauce and stir-fry slowly until the seasoning is soaked
STEP 11/12
Lastly, I'll add some more fire taste with the torch and wrap it up^^
STEP 12/12
Rice with toppings tastes better when it's thick!! Place the cooked rice in a suitable bowl, add onions, mushrooms, green onions, and stir-fried daechang. If you put the egg yolk in the middle, it's done!!! It's delicious if you add a little bit of wasabi next to the bowl and eat it with it. ^^
Defrost daechang at room temperature. (I defrosted the microwave a little and left it at room temperature for about an hour) Daechang... Most of the time when it's grilled, it comes off with oil, so I thought 1kg would be okay, so I did two bags.. It was more than I thought when I ate it with rice When I eat it, it gets greasy.. I think 500 to 600g is the right amount to eat deliciously and moderately!!
