Enoki Mushroom Pancake: Using leftover mushrooms
After grilling pork belly, I found the leftover enoki mushrooms and saesongi mushrooms and made mushroom pancakes. This is my way to use the leftover mushrooms. The texture is good and the recipe is simple, so you can make it for a short time.

  • Cheongyang red pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut the trimmed enoki mushrooms into 2cm lengths, cut the saesongi mushrooms 5mm thick vertically, and cut them into enoki mushrooms. Chop the cheongyang peppers into small pieces and put them in a bowl.
STEP 2/4
Add salt, pepper and 3 eggs together.
STEP 3/4
Knead the ingredients so that they mix well.
STEP 4/4
Put cooking oil in a heated pan, put a spoonful of it on the pan, and fry it until it is golden, and the enoki mushroom pancake is completed.
