STEP 1/9
Slice the parsley thinly beforehand,
Wash the lemon clean.
STEP 2/9
Drain the flounder with a kitchen towel,
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
STEP 3/9
Put flour on the flounder.
The flour should be thin, so shake it carefully at the end.
STEP 4/9
Melt 40ml of cooking oil + 40g of butter over high heat.
When butter melts, bubbles form, and turns gold, cook the flounder from the flesh.
It'll take a minute or two.
STEP 5/9
Turn it down to low heat and cook it for 2 minutes.
STEP 6/9
Place the flounder on a plate and sprinkle with lemon juice.
I added lemon juice to make it fresh
STEP 7/9
Now I'm going to make butter sauce.
Melt 80g of butter over medium heat.
STEP 8/9
You can melt it by scratching the bottom of the pot with a spatula.
If you melt it, you'll see the residue of butter,
When the residue turns brown, strain it through a sieve.
It smells really good!
STEP 9/9
On top of the flounder with lemon juice
Sprinkle with hazelnut-flavored brown butter sauce,
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
It's better if you put lemon on it. Enjoy your meal! Bonaparte!
Cover flounder with flour as thin as possible.
Be careful not to boil the butter for too long ^^
You can also eat rice or boiled potatoes as a side dish!
