STEP 1/10
I'm going to put a lot of fresh cheese on the leftover kimchi fried rice, sprinkle flying fish roe and basil powder, and bake it in the oven
STEP 2/10
It's Ottogi Bulgogi Pizza. It's pretty big, too.
STEP 3/10
In addition to the fresh cheese, they put frozen shrimp on this pizza and added a little more brocolin.
STEP 4/10
I thought there was not enough tomato sauce, so I put tomato pasta sauce on top.
STEP 5/10
Sprinkle with basil powder and olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
STEP 6/10
The next batter in the oven is Kimchi Doria. You can transform the leftover kimchi fried rice into something new. Rather than heating cold kimchi fried rice in an electronic lens, add cheese and flying fish roe to make it a more luxurious Doria.
STEP 7/10
The brocolins are vividly cooked, green and well-melted, raw cheese and well-baked pizza dough!! This is what a real pizza looks like.
STEP 8/10
Now I've baked the Doria. Since it was a preheated oven anyway, we put kimchi Doria in the pizza and baked it right away. The cheese melted completely and cooked well as if it were burnt. You can see the flying fish roe well.
STEP 9/10
Lastly, sprinkle olive oil or truffle oil on the kimchi Doria and sprinkle Parmesan cheese powder to finish.
STEP 10/10
Kimchi Doria, which was reborn with leftover kimchi fried rice, is complete. I love the salty and savory taste of raw cheese.
