Preparation of materials

Trim the upper part of bok choy and wash it clean.
STEP 3/9
I'll cut bok choy and sausage into small pieces for fried rice

Stir-fry 3T of cooking oil and 1T of ground garlic in a pan,

The number of bok choy seems to be high, but there are few leaves. I think it's about five to six of them together. (But!!)!! The number doesn't matter!! The more, the better!! h) Sausages are not thick and long.
