Preparation of materials

Trim the upper part of bok choy and wash it clean.
STEP 3/9
I'll cut bok choy and sausage into small pieces for fried rice
STEP 4/9
Stir-fry 3T of cooking oil and 1T of ground garlic in a pan,
STEP 5/9
If the garlic smells savory, stir-fry the ham first.
STEP 6/9
When the sausage turns golden, I'll add bok choy and stir-fry it. (It's just like a salad~)
STEP 7/9
If bok choy is out of breath, add 2.5 spoonfuls of green tea and mix well. (Add according to the amount of rice!!)
STEP 8/9
When the sauce is well seasoned, add 2 bowls of cold rice and stir-fry it
STEP 9/9
When it's well-fried, sprinkle sesame seeds and mix it together to complete!!
The number of bok choy seems to be high, but there are few leaves. I think it's about five to six of them together. (But!!)!! The number doesn't matter!! The more, the better!! h) Sausages are not thick and long. They are just long sausages like hot dog sausages hhhhhhhhhh0h
