Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Please prepare the ingredients.
STEP 2/13
Season the chicken with cooking wine and pepper and cut it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/13
Please mix all the ingredients for the spicy stir-fried chicken and make the sauce.
Marinate the trimmed chicken in the sauce for 20 minutes.
STEP 4/13
Trim the vegetables while the meat is marinated.
Shred onions, carrots, green and red peppers.
STEP 5/13
Cut the rice cake in half, and cut the cabbage into bite-size pieces.
STEP 6/13
Place oil in a heated pan and place onion on bottom of pan.
STEP 7/13
Add the marinated chicken, please.
STEP 8/13
Stir-fry chicken over medium heat until half cooked.
STEP 9/13
Add rice cake and cabbage and stir-fry over medium heat until rice cake is soft.
STEP 10/13
Add the rest of the vegetable carrots.
STEP 11/13
Add green onions and red pepper, too.
STEP 12/13
Stir-fry vegetables over high heat until they die and remove from heat.
STEP 13/13
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese powder in the center of the dakgalbi, close the lid, and leave it on low heat for about 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
Lastly, if there is parsley powder, spray it and complete it.
If you don't like spicy food, you can skip Cheongyang chili pepper^^ Add perilla leaves and sweet potatoes and eat more. I think cheese melts more neatly when melted in the oven. (About 200 degrees for 10 minutes)
