[Chinese dish] Mala shrimp instead of mala longsha
Maralongsha that Yoon Kyesang ate in the Crime City! However, there are many reviews that Mararongsha is not much to eat because it is freshwater crayfish. So I made it with shrimp instead :)

  • Garlic
  • leek
  • Cooking oil
  • Malaxianguo sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Wash the shrimp and prepare it first!
I only removed the water gun, legs, and beard for the shrimp. :)
STEP 2/7
Grease a heated pan with plenty of cooking oil, and add chopped green onions first to make green onion oil.
STEP 3/7
Add sliced garlic.
STEP 4/7
When garlic + green onion oil is done, add all the trimmed shrimp.
STEP 5/7
Stir-fry until shrimp change color so that it doesn't burn.
STEP 6/7
Haidilao sauce. I put all of this in.
Taste the sauce little by little first and put it in carefully.
STEP 7/7
Add Haidilao mala sauce and stir-fry it well. That's it!
With Haidilao mara sauce and shrimp, anyone can make it easily :) It tastes better with mushrooms and bok choy.
