Making quail eggs with soy sauce
I have to eat a lot of protein while dieting, but I think I'll get sick of liverless eggs, so I made it with jangjorim to eat one pill whenever I'm hungry. The measurement is based on adult rice spoon.

  • Salt
    1spoon
  • thick soy sauce
    8spoon
  • cooking wine
    1spoon
  • Sugar
    1.5spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Put a spoonful of salt and quail eggs in the water
Start boiling, stirring in one direction until the water boils.

Boil for 5 minutes from the beginning of the boil.
