After peeling the potatoes, I cut out the sprouts with a knife.

After grinding potatoes on a grater, I put ground potatoes on a cotton cloth and squeezed the juice neatly so that only the solid remains.

If you leave the potato juice as it is, the upper water becomes clear and potato starch forms at the bottom, and if there is a lot of starch, it is recommended to use it together.

When you touch a potato that has been squeezed out of the juice, it only feels fluffy without moisture.

You can use that if you have gravitational powder.

Use unsalted butter for butter and measure as much salt as you like.
If you use a salt butter, you can add salt, so the finished product may come out more salty
Please use salt-free butter!

Melt butter and salt in pan and add milk. Add potatoes, mix and add flour immediately before boiling.

Then add the eggs in two halves. If you mix it well, you can add it one more time and mix it!

Put the shape pods in the piping bag and put the dough in, and you're ready to fry them!

Put chopsticks in the oil and when bubbles come up, it's good to fry.
Add a little bit of the dough and when it boils up quickly, shape it and fry it until golden brown!

Place fried churros on top of fry net and sprinkle with sugar immediately.
