Beat in the butter gently

Add sugar and mix until ivory

Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix

Sift together flour, cocoa powder, black cocoa powder, baking soda and salt

Blend until the powder is not visible

Add dark chocolate chips/chunk and white chocolate chips and mix lightly

Cover dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes - 1 hour

Use an ice cream scoop to pan Teflon-sheet pan at sufficient intervals from each other (spread a lot when baking)
STEP 9/11
Bake at 170 degrees for 10-12 minutes (depending on oven specifications and dough size)
STEP 10/11
Leave on pan for 5 minutes, transfer to rack and cool completely
