Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Watching the Pay-Continued Recipe video is a great help to make new recipes~~
Slice the onion about 1cm by 1cm and cut the fish cake to suit your taste.
STEP 2/8
Pour cooking oil and stir-fry onions when cooking oil is heated. When the onion becomes slightly transparent, add the green onion and stir-fry it on high heat for about 30 seconds, then add the meat and cook it halfway.
When the meat is cooked enough, put the ingredients in one place, pour a spoon of soy sauce into the rich and poor parts of the pan, drain the moisture, and stir-fry it sizzlingly. Stir-fry soy sauce for 5 seconds based on strong fire.
STEP 3/8
When the soy sauce is properly burned, mix well with the ingredients and stir-fry until the meat is fully cooked.
And a caveat here!!!!
When the meat is done, reduce the heat to the lowest, add 1 tablespoon more cooking oil, and then pour the jajang powder!! Make sure to turn off the heat and pour it in Otherwise, the black bean powder will burn!!
STEP 4/8
Stir-fry while mixing the black bean powder evenly. Since it's powder, there are parts that get lumpy, so don't worry. Stir-fry it over medium heat for about 30 seconds.
STEP 5/8
When you stir-fry the black bean powder, pour water and boil it.
STEP 6/8
When the water starts to boil, boil it for about 2 minutes and then add the rice cake. You can see some lumps of jjajang powder in this process, but don't worry. If you stir it well during the boiling process, it all melts
STEP 7/8
Add rice cake, lower the heat over medium heat, stir well, and boil it for another 3-4 minutes, and if it's bland, add half a spoon of jajang powder. The concentration is perfect if it's the concentration of Ottogi's 3-minute jajangmyeon
If you're ready to season, add the boiled noodles, add fish cake, and boil it for about a minute!!
If you boil the noodles before putting them in the jajangmyeon, you have to boil them until it's slightly hard^^~
STEP 8/8
Delicious jjajang tteokbokki is done The kids really liked it I mixed the leftover sauce with the rice and ate it
1. Watching the Pay Continuing Recipe video is a great help in producing new recipes. 2. Make sure to use pork belly or pork neck with oil. The non-greasy part is less tasty~ 3. It's really delicious if you mix rice with the remaining sauce. 4. There is a difference between measuring the video and measuring the recipe I measure it with regular rice mix (7 to 8cc) and the formula for 10,000 recipes is 1T (table spoon, 15cc) and uploaded accordingly. Please note that the amount of rice mixed at home is different from the 1T in the recipe If you need to measure rice, please refer to the video
