STEP 1/7
First, I prepared the tenderloin that I ordered at Hi-Fork Mall.
If you order jajangmyeon, the one with a lot of pork is the best.
STEP 2/7
It's good to season the meat a little.
The amount of meat is prepared in more than a cup of paper, and with 1 tablespoon of mirin, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
I prepared it for you.
STEP 3/7
And as an ingredient, I cut the cabbage that was hidden in the refrigerator into cubes
I also prepared the onions by rolling them up.
Especially, the more onions you put in, the more texture you have and the more delicious it is.
I chopped the green onions to give oil and chopped cucumbers for garnish.
It's good to prepare cucumbers, corn, peas, or fried eggs as garnish.
STEP 4/7
First, you need to fry the ingredients in the pan.
Add chopped green onions with pork and stir-fry together.
Add the powder and stir-fry it.
STEP 5/7
Stir-fry until the meat is fully cooked, then stir-fry all the prepared cabbages and onions.
When you add the ingredients, boil the water to boil the ramen on one side.
STEP 6/7
It's better to cook cabbage and onions until the crunchy texture is alive rather than fully cooked.
Add all the jjajang ramen soup when it mixes with the pork.
Usually, when you make jjajang ramen with a lot of vegetables, you add one more soup
I think it's too salty for my taste because I seasoned the meat separately
I put in the soup according to the number of servings, and the seasoning was perfect.
STEP 7/7
When the sauce is complete, add the noodles and simmer for about 3 minutes.
If you read the back of the ramen, it's supposed to boil for about 5 minutes, but I'm going to stir-fry it again
I boiled it for about 2 minutes.
Don't throw away the noodles, but add one more ladle when stir-frying with the sauce.
Put the noodles in the sauce and stir-fry it for a minute so that it mixes well
Instead of tenderloin, you can add other parts such as pork belly or fat.
