#Favorite side dish #Stir-fried abalone pork with soy sauce
I made stir-fried food using little abalone and pork. The texture of abalone is really good It goes really well with the spicy taste of the two leaders^^ I highly recommend it - Check out the YouTube video for more recipes^^-

  • Little abalone
    600g
  • Pork
    300g
  • the head of a team
    3spoon
  • brown sugar
    2spoon
  • Starch syrup
    1.5spoon
  • crushed garlic
    1spoon
  • Red pepper powder
    1spoon
  • Sesame oil
    1spoon
  • Sesame
    1spoon
  • cooking wine
    1spoon

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Boil the abalone, remove the intestines and skin, and wash it clean
STEP 2/8
Seasoning- Add seasoning ingredients on top and make seasoning
STEP 3/8
Carrots, green onions, peppers, and garlic. Cut them into pieces
STEP 4/8
Add abalone, vegetables and pork all at once
STEP 5/8
Add the sauce and mix well
STEP 6/8
Add cooking oil and stir-fry
STEP 7/8
When the pork is done, sprinkle sesame oil and it's done^^
STEP 8/8
It's good to eat with various kinds of wraps and garlic
Abalone becomes tough if cooked for too long. ^^ You can add two more groups according to your preference
