Kimchi stew that is boiled with beef bone broth
I had to make a video yesterday, so I took a day off from cooking. After editing and uploading it until dawn, I felt like I finished my homework. I have a week left until the deadline ^^ Today, I slept until late, woke up, bought pork belly and pork neck, spread it out in the living room, and ate it, and it became the afternoon. I have something to take a picture of, so it's been a while since I took it for three hours. I gathered all the ingredients and made kimchi stew with beef bone broth as the base.

After cooking the pork in a pan, when the meat is cooked and oil comes out, add the persimmon and stir-fry it

After pouring enough beef bone broth, I boiled it over low heat for about 30 minutes

I added 1T of sugar and 2T of soy sauce and seasoned it. Adjust the amount according to the seasoning of the kimchi. I used to put kimchi soup, but today, I didn't put kimchi soup because it's based on beef bone broth

I added a little bit of green onion to give it a fresh taste.
