STEP 1/6
Wash and steam sweet potatoes thoroughly.

Peel and mash the sweet potatoes.

Add 3 spoons of milk, 2 spoons of honey, 1 pinch of salt and 2/3 spoons of butter and mix.

Shape spring rolls with cheese and sweet potato mousse in 1:1 ratio. (Stretch it into a diamond shape on the spring roll skin, put string cheese, and put sweet potato mousse in the same proportion on top. Hold the bottom edge of the spring roll skin and raise it up to wrap the string cheese and sweet potato mousse, and bring the left and right edges of the spring roll together inside. Then, hold the folded part of the string cheese and sweet potato mousse and roll it up, and apply water to the tip of the skin. If you don't understand, please refer to the video.)

Bake on low heat until golden brown.

Put it in a bowl and eat it deliciously. Yum yum!
- Each sweet potato has a different sugar content, so please express the sweetness with milk and honey to suit your taste.
- When you fold the spring roll and finish, apply water to make the finish of the spring roll stick well to the blood.
