Injeolmi Toast is savory and chewy.
It's been a while since I made Injeolmi Toast that I bought at Sulbing. Sulbing has been popular for a while, but it doesn't seem to last for two to three years. I went to the mart and saw Injeolmi and it reminded me of the chewy texture, so I made it. It's a simple and delicious dessert.

Ingredients
  • a plain bread
  • Injeolmi
  • condensed milk
  • Peanut
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I need 2 slices of bread because it's injeolmi toast
STEP 2/8
Sprinkle condensed milk on the sweetened bread
STEP 3/8
After pressing it with your hands, put 6 pieces on the bread and cover it with another bread
STEP 4/8
I put it in a sandwich maker and made a mark on it
STEP 5/8
When I cut it in half, injeolmi and condensed milk came out.
I still have more work to do. I set it up so that it doesn't flow out for a while
STEP 6/8
Sprinkle the bean powder on the injeolmi. I sprayed it, but I felt a bit disappointed
STEP 7/8
I broke the peanuts into small pieces and covered them with peanuts. If injeolmi is chewy, injeolmi powder and peanuts give it a savory taste. I cut it into four pieces.
STEP 8/8
If you sprinkle bean powder again, the chewy injeolmi toast is complete. It's not a meal but a snack. But it has rice cake and bread in it, so it's filling
