STEP 1/9
Chop the pickled radish and sweet pepper into small pieces..
STEP 2/9
Add all the ingredients for the mayo sauce, add pickled radish and red pepper, and stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
STEP 3/9
Add all the toppings and mix well.
Please use slightly ripe kimchi for kimchi.
STEP 4/9
Add a spoonful of cooking oil and stir-fry the kimchi toppings until the moisture evaporates.
STEP 5/9
Boil the noodles about a minute short of the original cooking time and shake off the water completely. Then, separate the egg yolk and pour it into the noodles, add 2 pinch of salt, and mix well to coat the noodles evenly.
It depends on the noodles, but I boiled it for about two minutes.
STEP 6/9
Don't throw away the egg white. Cook it and use it as a topping
If you boil the noodles and then bake the whites, the noodles may swell while waiting, so before boiling the noodles, separate the yolk from the whites and cook the whites as toppings first and cut them.
STEP 7/9
Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into a heated frying pan, heat the oil over high heat, and stir-fry the noodles well for about 1 minute.
Add the yolk and stir-fry the noodles to make the noodles slightly thick and muddy.
I made it like this because I like the texture, but if you don't like the texture, you can skip the part where you add the yolk and stir-fry it. If you skip this process, cook the noodles thoroughly.
STEP 8/9
Put the noodles on the plate, pour the sauce, and put the kimchi topping, seaweed powder, and roasted white.
STEP 9/9
Delicious mayo ramen is done! Enjoy~
I put it on a small plate, but do it on a large plate. It's hard to rub.K
Watching the Pay Continuing Recipe video is a great help to make recipes.
1. Watching Pay Continuation Recipe videos is a great help to make recipes.
2. If you use pickles instead of pickled radish, you can taste another taste.
3. If you don't have enough mayo sauce, you don't have to make more mayo sauce
Add about half a spoon more and mix it.
4. There is a difference between measuring the video and measuring this recipe I measure it with regular rice mix (7 to 8cc) and the formula for 10,000 recipes is 1T (table spoon, 15cc) and uploaded accordingly.
Please note that the amount of rice mixed at home is different from the 1T in the recipe
If you need to measure rice, please refer to the video
