STEP 1/9
First, stir-fry 5T of black soybean paste on a heated pan.
Pour cooking oil into the pan and heat the pan to fry it.
Stir-fry the black bean paste while stirring constantly because it should not burn.

Now cut the vegetables into bite-size pieces.
Cut cabbage, onions, and potatoes into cubes, and cut green onions in half at 4cm intervals.

Stir-fry the pork using the remaining oil after frying the black soybean paste.
Stir-fry the pork, then add sugar, soy sauce, green onion, and ginger and stir-fry them together.

When the pork is cooked, stir-fry the potatoes, then add onions and cabbage. Leave half of the onions.

When the vegetables are out of breath, add oyster sauce and fried chunjang to dissolve them well.

When the chunjang is completely dissolved and boils, add the remaining half of the yan green onion and mix well, and add starch water to adjust the concentration.

Now, I'm going to boil the noodles.

When the noodles are boiled, drain the noodles and put the noodles in a bowl and put the jajangmyeon on top.

If you add eggs or cucumbers as garnish according to your preference, it's done.
When you stir-fry pork, you can remove the smell by adding ginger or ginger powder.
