Slice the onion thinly

Slice the carrots thinly, too

Cut the squid in the size you want

Chop the chili peppers

Cut the green onions into thin slices

Put onions, carrots, and squid in one place except for green onions and cheongyang peppers
Add soy sauce

And then add starch syrup

Please add red pepper paste, too

Add minced garlic

Mix ingredients evenly to mix well with seasoning
And I'll put it to sleep for a while

Bring water to a boil

When the water starts to boil, add the noodles and cook, stirring

Wash the noodles in cold water
And heat it up in hot water

Stir-fry squid and vegetables in a dry, ungreased pan (wok)

When the squid is fully cooked and the color of the sauce is dark, add green onions and hot pepper and stir-fry while mixing a little more evenly

Put the noodles in a bowl

Put the stir-fried squid on top of the noodles and you're done!
You can always add or subtract the sauce Based on my recipe, please change the sauce to your taste
If you like spicy food, you can add more cheongyang peppers!
If you're bored, add 1T of soy sauce and 1t of salt
It can't be too wet, but it can't be too much, so add a little bit
