Prepare sugar, kiwi, and glass bottles.

Wash kiwi in clean water several times.

Peel and cut into bite-size pieces.
(You can grind it. I like the texture of the kiwi, so I cut it and use it.)

Mix kiwi and sugar in a 1:1 ratio.

Leave the sugar at room temperature
Disinfect glass bottles with hot water while sugar melts.

When the sugar is completely melted, put kiwi syrup in a glass bottle.

Delicious kiwi chung is done!
-It's better for your health if you use unrefined sugar than regular sugar.
- Rather than melting sugar in a bottle, if you melt all the sugar and put it in a container, you don't have to melt less melted sugar later on.
-You have to sterilize the bottle with hot water so that you can keep it for a long time and eat it.
