Healthy whole-wheat spinach cookies
Out of the three powders I made last time, I made cookies using spinach powder^^ It has chicken in it, like whole wheat carrot cookies, This time, it's as crunchy as human cookies^^; Last time, I boiled 1kg of chicken and cooled it down, and then I used a blender that was finely pulverized^^

Ingredients
  • Chicken stock
    300g
  • anchovy powder
    10g
  • whole wheat flour
    300g
  • Powerful rice flour
    30g
  • Eggs
    5ea
  • Honey
    150g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16
The ingredients are the same as whole wheat carrot cookies, right? Except spinach powder~^^
STEP 2/16
Sift the whole wheat flour and rice powder three times and prepare it in a bowl
STEP 3/16
Chicken powder and spinach powder,
STEP 4/16
Add anchovy powder and mix it
STEP 5/16
Put the egg in a bowl and mix well, add honey, mix it again, and mix it with the powders
STEP 6/16
Mix it like you're splitting it with a spatula. It's good to use a wooden spatula since it's a dough that's
STEP 7/16
Put it in a plastic bag, push it with a rolling pin, spread it out to a certain thickness (approximately 5-7 mm), and rest it in the refrigerator
STEP 8/16
The parts that are not well mixed with the moisture of the dough during the rest are well organized, so it's good to print it out with a cookie mold^^
STEP 9/16
Cut the plastic of the dough that has been left over for more than half a day, dip it in a cookie mold, and pan it^^
STEP 10/16
My cookie frame was pulled out at the campsite, and I opened and folded the mold of stars, hearts, and bumps
STEP 11/16
Carrot shape (though it was more like a baby octopus than a carrot after making it...lol),
STEP 12/16
I made it into a bone shape and an anchovy shape and used it^^
STEP 13/16
In an oven preheated to 180C
You can bake it for about 10 minutes^^
STEP 14/16
My oven is a multi-stage convection, and since I baked two plates, I have to bake it for eight to nine minutes in a row,
STEP 15/16
Since I don't have time these days, I pushed the dough a bit thick and dipped it in a cookie mold, so the cookies got thicker^^;
So I grilled it for 15 minutes. It's cooked a lot^^
STEP 16/16
The result is 700g^^
I guess the moisture flew away because it was baked for a long time^^;
Because of that, it became a hard cookie unlike the whole wheat carrot cookie^^;
Tabok can't eat it because it's hard^^; But the thick ones are less hard^^ Hard ones are for Louis, and less hard ones for Ddabok... lol Still, Louis is chewing! The sound is really nice to listen to^^ No matter how much you like it, you can't give it as much as rice, right? Snacks are just snacks~^^ One bite for me, one bite for Louis, one bite for me, and one bite for Ddabok... LOL Let's enjoy it together with our pets avec toi
