Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
[Almond buntae (if there is one)] Boil almond in boiling water for 30 seconds. Then throw away the water, grab the almonds and twist slightly to peel.
STEP 2/9
Finely chop the peeled almonds and bake in an oven preheated to 160 for about 10 minutes.
STEP 3/9
Place the egg whites in a bowl and mix just enough to loosen the lumps. Then add sugar and mix lightly just enough to mix the whites and sugar.
STEP 4/9
Put the soft flour through a sieve and mix well with the almond buntae.
STEP 5/9
Add melted butter and mix well.
STEP 6/9
Let it rest in the refrigerator for about an hour.
STEP 7/9
Scoop dough 1 Tsp at a time and spread as thin as possible.
STEP 8/9
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 170.
STEP 9/9
If it doesn't look pretty, bake it for about 5 minutes, take it out, and stamp it with a 7.5-8cm diameter cookie cutter. Then when it's done, the ugly parts fall off neatly!
