Ganjajang ramen: What's the point of playing, Chef Lee Yeon-bok,
There are two kinds of Jjajang ramen that are popular these days. I made Chef Lee Yeon-bok's Ganjajang Ramen, which was featured in the Life of Yoo Jae-seok's Play. I didn't want to put 3 soups in 2 ramen noodles, so I boiled 2 soups, but I'll put the recipe ingredients for Chef Lee Yeon-bok separately, so please refer to it.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Chop green onions into large pieces.
STEP 2/7
Cut the pork belly not too small.
STEP 3/7
Put cooking oil in the pan and stir-fry green onions first, then add pork belly and cooking wine
STEP 4/7
Add plenty of onions and stir-fry.
STEP 5/7
Boil noodles and soup in boiling water.
STEP 6/7
Sift the slightly undercooked noodles, transfer to the pan, and quickly mix (fry) with soup
Please add some hot water.
If it's bland, please add oyster sauce or a little bit of brewed soy sauce. I didn't put it in here
STEP 7/7
Put black bean noodles and a little bit of young leaf vegetables and a fried egg on top.
If you rinse the noodles in cold water, the firmness lasts longer
