Gorgonzola cheese scones
There's some Gorgonzola cheese left, and I was thinking about how to use it, and I found Gorgonzola & Pascon recipe~! I made it. Gorgonzola cheese is a little less than the recipe, but Gorgonzola cheese is really hard to tell. From the opening of the package, the smell of the tail wound around the kitchen, and then after baking, it was an oven, and I had to smell Gorgonzola for a few days in the oven room~LOL I was so curious about the taste after smelling this sickly scent, but when I take a bite, my mouth is full of the scent of Gorgonzola~! And if you chew it, the pungent cheese scent! I think cheese lovers like me might have some likes and dislikes. I think it would be good to use Gorgonzola cheese less than the recipe or use it with brie cheese or other cheese. I can't eat it all at once, so I froze it in the freezer, but it's a new world to defrost it slightly in the microwave and sprinkle honey on it.
