Crush the dice, add the melted butter and mix well

Pour 1/3 of the total mousse into the bottom and let it harden in the refrigerator for an hour

In the remaining mousse, add the folded matcha to the water and mix

Pour the matcha mousse into the cake from the refrigerator

Let it harden in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours

Sprinkle the top of the cake with Matcha powder before you eat
