  • Strong flour
    200g
  • Baking powder
    2g
  • Salt
    2g
  • Sugar
    40g
  • whipped cream
    200ml
  • egg

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Sift together the strong flour, baking powder and salt
STEP 2/8
Add sugar and whipped cream and knead until combined
STEP 3/8
Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for 24 hours
STEP 4/8
Make the dough 2cm thick and cut it into 6 pieces
STEP 5/8
Place in oven pan and coat top with egg wash
STEP 6/8
Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes
STEP 7/8
Leave in pan for 3 minutes, transfer to cooling net and cool
STEP 8/8
Spread strawberry jam and enjoy it!
