So I made a spicy version of Sumin's side dish with stir-fried anchovies

Ingredients
  • Anchovy
    2cup
  • Cooking oil
  • red pepper paste
    2spoon
  • Red pepper powder
    1spoon
  • thick soy sauce
    1spoon
  • plum extract
    1spoon
  • Honey
    2~3spoon
  • Sesame oil
    1spoon
  • Sesame
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
There was so much powder in anchovies, so I put it on a strainer tray and shook it off If you do this, you can remove the small lump or powder first, so you can stir-fry it neatly

Add some oil to the pan and stir-fry anchovies well
STEP 3/5
When the anchovies become slightly parched and golden, add the sauce and stir-fry them together. If the sauce goes in, it can burn, so lower the heat!

If it's cooked well, add honey at the end. I wrote 2 to 3 spoons of honey, but if it's not sweet enough, add more
