Put the wet non-glutinous rice powder through a sieve.

Add water little by little and mix the rice powder with the feeling of releasing the lump.

Sift it down again.

Add sugar, mix it quickly, put the mousse ring on the prepared steamer, and add rice flour.

Put the mousse ring on the prepared steamer and put the rice powder -> red bean paste, dried sweet potatoes -> rice powder -> red bean paste, and dried sweet potatoes repeatedly.

Finally, cover the top with rice powder and cut the top flat with a scraper.

Move the mousse ring slightly up and down to form a gap, place it in a boiling steamer, cover it, and steam it for 25 minutes.

After steaming for 25 minutes, turn off the heat, let it simmer for 5 minutes, then take it out of the steamer and cool it down.
