STEP 1/4
Soak mackerel in rice water for about 30 minutes to remove the fishy smell
If you have salted mackerel, you can soak it in rice water to remove the salty taste
I think it's good to season raw mackerel before cooking it Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and dissolve the salt
STEP 2/4
Using a brush, spread salt and cooking wine on the front and back
Season it with salt and remove the fishy smell with cooking wine
marinate the evenly spread mackerel for about 30 minutes and use cooking oil or olive oil to spread it on the mackerel
If you grill mackerel without applying cooking oil, it feels like a cookie, so I think it's better to apply it with a brush
All you have to do is grill the mackerel on the air fryer
STEP 3/4
It's a Simeo air fryer I cooked it for 15 minutes at 200 degrees on a paper foil. When I took out the mackerel, it felt all cooked, but it didn't feel crispy, so I'm cooking it again

I cooked it again at 200 degrees for 5 minutes
When I cook the mackerel with the meat on top, it feels a bit crispy and the seasoning is just right
