Bulgogi Hot Pot Golden Recipe
When you think of hot pot, bulgogi hot pot comes to mind first. Actually, on my birthday, my family always makes hot pot with a lot of beef, so I often do it on special days with a lot of meat, surrounded mushrooms, and glass noodles. It's fun to choose and eat it. If you add glass noodles and meat to the soup, it'll taste so good. Today is a simple recipe for bulgogi hot pot.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Shred the vegetables in length and chop the onions and green onions so that they are not too thin
STEP 2/9
You can take the blood out of the kitchen towel for bulgogi. It's better if you rinse it in water and remove the water. I also saw the blood in the kitchen towel and washed it slightly and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

You can soak the glass noodles in lukewarm water in advance or boil them in boiling water for about 7 minutes and strain them through a sieve. I put it in a pot and when the water boils, turn off the heat and leave it to soak.
What's really important is that the soaked glass noodles don't absorb all the soup from the hot pot, so it's important to soak them enough

It tastes better if you make the sauce and marinate it in advance.
If you season vegetables together, the color is not pretty because of the color of the soy sauce

I looked around the pot for vegetables. You don't have to put it on like this. It tastes the taste is the same.
It's just good to look at, so I look around and put a handful of chives on it because it seems like the green color is missing

Put 1 cup of water in the remaining sauce and boil it. That's it!

The soup needs to be self-made, so I closed the lid and boiled it. Beef bulgogi completed in 3 minutes!

Lastly, I'll put a drop of sesame oil. You can put sesame oil in the sauce. You don't have to put it in.

I added perilla leaves, but it's okay if I don't have them.
