Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
1. Wash dried shiitake mushrooms and soak them in boiling water
STEP 2/6
2. Remove the tip of the soaked shiitake mushrooms and squeeze out the water
STEP 3/6
3. Soaked shiitake mushroom 2 cups of water, 1 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of sugar, 2 dried red peppers
Add 5 pieces of kelp and boil
STEP 4/6
4. Pour boiled soy sauce water into mushrooms when it is hot

After 5.1 days, take out the kelp and pepper and squeeze out the shiitake mushrooms
Boil soy sauce water and pour it when it's hot
