STEP 1/12
Sift the cocoa powder and flour several times and prepare it in advance

Melt the unsalted butter and chocolate in a bowl.

Remove from the pot when it melts to a certain extent.
Add warm whipped cream and continue to melt.

Mix in whipped meringue #3.

Lastly, mix the dough with a whisk or two.
Place the dough in a pan and tap the pan on the floor.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 for 45 minutes

When it's done, drop it from the top.
After cooling it down on the cooling net, remove the mold.

Remove mold and cool completely in cooling net.
STEP 12/12
Sprinkle sugar powder and it's done.
