Measure 10g of butter and place at room temperature.

Prepare 6 pieces of butter 8g each and keep them frozen.

Measure the powder ingredients.

Sift the powder ingredients all at once.

Measure the eggs.

Mix milk with sifted eggs.

Add the liquid ingredients little by little to the powder ingredients and mix.
Mix it with no raw powder in sight.

Beat the dough strongly for more than 10 minutes.

Place butter at room temperature in dough and beat again.

Cover with plastic wrap and rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into six equal parts.

Round the dough.

Use a rolling pin to push into an isosceles triangle.

Roll the frozen butter into the bottom of the dough.

Lightly coat the dough with egg water and sprinkle with medium-thick salt over it.

Place paper foil on an oven tray and place the dough on top and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
