STEP 1/9
Beat the butter at room temperature with a whisk, then mix with powdered sugar and salt.

Add egg yolk and mix.

Add the coffee solution made by mixing instant coffee powder, kalua and vanilla extract and mix.

Add the flours to the sieve and mix them as if cutting.

Mix until you can see a little flour, then add chocolate chips and mix.

Make a rectangle 13x6x3cm long.
Cover it with paper foil and leave it in the freezer for about an hour.

Stir-fry sliced almonds in an oil-free pan, cool them, and break them.

Put egg whites on the batter you took out of the refrigerator and coat it with almonds

Cut into appropriate sizes, panning, and bake at 170 for 12-14 minutes.

Kahlua usually refers to coffee, but if you don't have it, you can replace it with vanilla extract or water. (The aroma of coffee is probably decreasing.).)
If you follow my recipe, you can feel the bitter taste as the aftertaste, but if you don't like the bitter taste, you can reduce the amount of Kahlua or coffee.
Wouldn't that be the advantage of home baking?? It's fun to make it to your taste. ^^
