I prepared the cheapest beer.
My in-laws had Guinness dark beer, so I used 1 can, but it was more delicious when I put Guinness in it than Lager ^^
It's your personal preference, so it's better to use beer that's cost-effective!

I cut it into six pieces.

Cut an onion in half,
Add whole garlic and soybean paste.
Doenjang makes the boiled pork's color pretty
It's slightly seasoned and catches the smell of the meat.
If you have coffee powder, it's better to add 1t spoon.

Pour in the beer to cover the whole pork belly!

Cover and simmer over high heat.
STEP 9/12
When it starts to boil, lower the heat to medium and simmer for 40 minutes. I try not to open the lid

There's beer in it, so the oil comes out easily
It's pork belly meat that's been boiled to a moist level.
