STEP 1/8
Sausages taste better if you cut them.
I've done it about three times diagonally
You can give it an octopus shape.
STEP 2/8
I only prepared onions and carrots for the ingredients.
It tastes good with crunchy onions, and carrots were left, so I added them.
I cut it into bite-sized pieces and prepared it.
STEP 3/8
You can just stir-fry it in oil or I like the smell of minced garlic, so I added 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic.
Put minced garlic over medium heat and when the scent comes up
Add all the cut sausages you have prepared.
STEP 4/8
If you stir-fry it, you start to open your mouth in less than 2 minutes.
Keep the heat medium as the garlic may burn.
STEP 5/8
If you want to open your mouth slowly, add the prepared ingredients.
Even if you put paprika in here, it's crunchy and tastes really good.
STEP 6/8
Today's main seasoning
I put ketchup around me.
You can think of it as 2 tablespoons.
STEP 7/8
Add 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide or sugar for sweetness.
It takes away the slightly bitter taste of ketchup and makes it taste better.
STEP 8/8
You can't leave out savory sesame seeds for Vienna sausage and ketchup stir-fry.
Sprinkle it on and wrap it up.
When the sausage opens its mouth and the vegetables cook to the desired texture, turn off the heat.
I like crunchy food, so I tend to cook vegetables undercooked.
It tastes even better with paprika.
