STEP 1/13
Make broth for pumpkin stew.
Add the Defory, dried shrimp, green onions, shiitake mushrooms, and kelp and make broth again.
You can add dried shiitake mushrooms, but I added raw shiitake mushrooms.
Don't throw away the mushrooms and put them in the stew later.
STEP 2/13
Cut the zucchini into thick pieces.
I cut the pumpkin and potato into bite-sized pieces.
Cut potatoes and soak them in water once to remove starch.
STEP 3/13
To mix it gently with rice, prepare a bite-sized tofu!
Don't throw away the shiitake mushrooms used in the broth and add them together.
STEP 4/13
We'll prepare the sauce, too.
I didn't use it on top, but I added some shiitake mushroom powder.
You can skip it!!
STEP 5/13
Pour some oil into the tuna can and get ready
STEP 6/13
After making it, put the potatoes in the broth and boil it.
STEP 7/13
When the potatoes are half-cooked, put in the pumpkin
STEP 8/13
When the pumpkin is half cooked, add onions and mushrooms and boil it again.
It's a red pepper paste sauce, so it becomes thick when you boil it with the sauce in advance.
I cooked the vegetables first so that I can eat a more neat soup.
STEP 9/13
When the vegetables are almost done, add the sauce and bring to a boil.
Mix the sauce gently so that it doesn't clump togetherYou~
STEP 10/13
After boiling it, add tofu at the end
STEP 11/13
Add tuna and green onion and bring to a boil.
STEP 12/13
After adding the tuna can, do not stir and simmer until the tuna and tofu are cooked.
If Hwi keeps stirring, the tuna meat will be crushed
STEP 13/13
After turning off the heat, cover and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
It's delicious because the pumpkin is cooked more smoothly and the stew seasoning is cut better in the vegetables.
