STEP 1/9
First, I'll make tuna mayo.
Chop the onion into small pieces.
STEP 2/9
Add the drained tuna, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and wasabi and mix them (tuna mayo complete)
STEP 3/9
I'll make teriyaki sauce.
Slice 1/2 onions thinly
Slice garlic and ginger roughly, too.
I'm going to boil it for more than 10 minutes anyway.
STEP 4/9
Bring all the above ingredients to a boil in a pot.
STEP 5/9
When the amount of sauce is reduced by half (10-15 minutes), add a little bit of starch water to add viscosity.
STEP 6/9
Please strain the contents through a strainer. (Sauce complete)
STEP 7/9
Make an egg scramble over medium heat
STEP 8/9
Tuna Mayo 3.5T in the middle, place a scramble around and sprinkle teriyaki sauce 3T
STEP 9/9
Sprinkle seaweed powder and mayonnaise, and wrap it up.
*If you make teriyaki sauce, it'll be icing on the cake, but if you're lazy, you can buy it and use it.
If you want to make a lot and eat it two or three times, it's better to make sauce, right?
*Tuna mayo goes bad when stored in the refrigerator for more than a week.
