STEP 1/11
Blanch the clean bok choy in boiling water. (20 seconds)
STEP 2/11
I used frozen shrimps Blanch shrimp in boiling water after defrosting until they turn red
STEP 3/11
Chop about 2/3 of the green onion (to your liking)
STEP 4/11
Slice the garlic on the side
STEP 5/11
Chop the blanched bok choy, too
STEP 6/11
Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, preheat, and add chopped green onions and sliced garlic
Please add some oil
STEP 7/11
When the garlic starts to turn golden, add bok choy and stir-fry quickly
STEP 8/11
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and oligosaccharide and stir-fry
STEP 9/11
If the sauce and vegetables are well mixed, add shrimp and stir-fry. (Stir-fry only enough to coat the sauce well.)
STEP 10/11
Mix water and starch in a 1:1 ratio to make starch water
Make it thick. (You can take it out) It becomes thick quickly, so turn off the heat right away when the concentration is set
STEP 11/11
Lastly, sprinkle sesame seeds
If you stir-fry the shrimp for too long, the shrimp gets tough
You don't need soy sauce. You can just add oyster sauce
