No butter blueberry muffin

  • Lemon

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Use frozen blueberries frozen. After washing the frozen blueberries lightly, remove the water, set aside 20g, and gently roll the remaining 80g in strong flour. I will use the 20g set aside for toppings.

Whisk eggs in a bowl, add sugar and salt and mix well.

Add grape seed oil and lemon extract and mix well. If you don't have lemon extract, you can skip it.

Add milk and mix well,

Sift the flour and baking powder and mix roughly with a spatula.

When the powder is roughly mixed, add the rolled blueberries to the powder and mix well.
STEP 7/8
Pan 80% of the finished dough into a muffin cup with a scoop, then drop it slightly on the floor to arrange the dough. After that, put the blueberries on top of it,

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 to 180 degrees Celsius. If you poke the skewer and it's clean, it's all cooked.
