Today, I made stir-fried chicken breast with green pepper as a diet dish. Eat protein and lots of vitamins It's sweet and crunchy. I love the texture. It's one of my favorite dishes in summer. It tastes different with flower buns.

You can easily shred frozen chicken breast by defrosting it in half.

I didn't add extra seasoning.
I eat it a little bland
Slice chicken breast slightly frozen. Stir-fry the crunchy peppers in blue. The color becomes dull when it's undercooked, and the texture is not good when it's overcooked.
