Tuna sandwich. Tuna and tofu patties
There are so many kinds of toast. I think the taste and shape depend on what ingredients you put in. Today, I ate a snack that Junhyung likes. Usually, I like to make jeon with canned tuna, tofu, and some vegetables. I made a sandwich by making it into a patty. ' "If you make vegetables that I don't normally eat, I eat them well."

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
01. removing canned tuna oil
Open a can of tuna (200g) and squeeze the fat out of the strainer by pressing it with a spoon.

02. Boiling tofu
Boil 150g of tofu in a pot and add 150g of tofu when the water boils.
Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes.

03. Removing moisture from the tofu
Remove the boiled tofu from the strainer for 5 minutes and cool it down until you can touch it with your hands.
Place tofu in cotton cloth and squeeze out the moisture as much as possible and crush tofu while kneading.

Chop half an onion, 30 grams of carrots, and half a pine mushroom into small pieces that are good for kneading.

Break 3 eggs into a big bowl
Season with 1 pinch of salt.

Place 1 spoon of cooking oil in a pan heated over medium heat, place an appropriate amount of dough and shape into a square shape.

Place a toast bread on the floor and a tuna tofu patty on top.
Depending on your preference, ketchup, mayonnaise, and sugar
If you sprinkle it in moderation, a sandwich will be completed.

My husband also likes sandwiches that make it like this.
It smells protein and it's good to chewed well
It's good enough without cabbage.
I simply used bread, but it would be more plausible if I used hamburger or morning bread. I put it in an airtight container like a salad You can't eat it every time you eat it, but if you make the dough in advance and fry the patties before you eat it, you can make it in 5-6 minutes. Thank you.^-^
