Prepare pork (relief) to a thickness of 0.7cm for beef jerky.

Beat the pork (relief) with a meat hammer one by one.

Wash the meat in cold water and strain it through a sieve.

Mix the dried meat with cheongju, sugar, and pepper and leave for about 30 minutes

Boil the seasoning ingredients except sesame oil in a pot.

Strain the boiled seasoning through a sieve and cool it down.

Remove the soaked meat, rinse it in cold water, and remove the water.

Mix the sauce and sesame oil in the completely drained meat.

After marinating in the refrigerator for about 3 hours, put it on a sieve and remove the seasoning slightly.

Spread out the meat one by one in the dryer.

Dry it at 70C for 10 hours and complete it.
