Wash bean sprouts clean under running water.

Cut the green onions at 0.3cm intervals and roll the perilla leaves at 0.3cm intervals.

Boil the beef bone broth while preparing the ingredients.

When beef bone broth boils, add sundae.

When the sundae is more than half cooked, add bean sprouts.

When the bean sprouts are cooked, add the green onions and boil them for a while.

Put sundae gukbap in a rice bowl or earthen pot, put the perilla leaves on it, sprinkle perilla seed powder on it, and put the seasoning nicely and eat it deliciously.
There may be products with high salt content among the easily available beef bone broth on the market, so it is better to look carefully and if the content is low, you can add additional water to the beef bone broth.
I added bean sprouts to the beef bone broth of Sundae gukbap with a clean and deep taste and crunchy texture, so if you have bean sprouts at home, I recommend putting bean sprouts.
I made it at home with my own seasoning, perilla powder, and perilla leaves, but it is not envious of the restaurant specializing in rice soup.
Of course, more than half of the commercial beef bone broth was used, but it would taste better if there was carefully homemade beef bone broth, right?
