STEP 1/9
First, remove the seeds from the paprika and slice it thinly. Cut the peppers, green onions, and ginger into thin slices. (Remove the seeds inside the peppers) Finely chop the garlic.

Add seasoning ingredients to the meat and mix once

Wash paprika in water once and strain it with a sieve to make it crunchy! It will come to life.

Add preheated frying pan chili oil, white green onion and ginger and stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes.

Put minced garlic and pork in here for 2 minutes.

Add nochu, oyster sauce, paprika, and green pepper and stir-fry them on medium heat for about 3 minutes.
STEP 7/9
Add starch water (1/3T of starch + 2/3T of water) and mix for 30 more seconds
STEP 8/9
It would be nice to steam flower buns at the same time!
STEP 9/9
Put sesame seeds and sesame oil into the finished japchae and mix it once.
