The key to using F is to match the time and temperature, but it was just right. It's a delicious roasted chestnut.
However, the skin doesn't come off as well as I thought, so I searched it and found that after soaking it in salt water, making cuts, and baking it, leave the hot chestnuts in the freezer for 5 minutes and cool it off well.
